Teacher contact details are only released after successful payment confirmation. This ensures teachers' privacy and prevents unsolicited contact. You'll receive phone number and email immediately after payment.

If you have issues with a lesson, please contact our support team. We work with both parties to resolve conflicts. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation.
